Booking and Cancellation Policy

Treatments

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the treatment price.
Missed appointments without notice may be charged in full.
If you arrive late, your session may need to finish at the original time, so the next client isn’t kept waiting.

Courses

A €100 deposit secures your place and is non-refundable.
The balance is due no later than 7 days before your course.
If you cancel more than 7 days before your course, your deposit can be transferred to a future course date.
Cancellations within 7 days of the course may not be refunded. However, I’ll always do my best to help you transfer to another date.
If I need to cancel or reschedule a course, you’ll be offered a new date or a full refund.

Lumina Transformation Journey

The €300 deposit is non-refundable.
Instalments are due as agreed at booking.

Gift Vouchers

Vouchers are valid for five years from the date of purchase.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Cancellations made with a voucher follow the treatment cancellation policy above.
