Of course. Simply tell me a little about how you’ve been feeling and what you’d like support with, and I’ll gently guide you towards the treatment that feels right for you.
Many of my energy treatments, including Reiki, Rahanni, ThetaHealing and crystal healing, can be done remotely. You relax at home at an agreed time while I connect with you and send the healing. Energy isn’t limited by distance, and many clients find it just as relaxing as an in person session.
Wear something loose and comfortable. Energy treatments such as Reiki, Rahanni, Access Bars and crystal healing are done fully clothed. For massage, you’ll only undress to your comfort level and will be covered with towels throughout.
Yes, many policies cover it. I’m a registered member of the National Register of Reflexologists Ireland (NRRI), so you can claim back part of the cost depending on your policy. Just ask for a receipt after your session.
In most cases, yes. Please let me know when booking if you’re pregnant, undergoing cancer treatment or have a medical condition, so I can tailor your session. Holistic therapies complement medical care but don’t replace it, so please continue to follow your GP’s advice.
We’ll begin with a relaxed chat about how you’re feeling and what you’d like support with. Please arrive a few minutes early so you have time to settle in.
Please give at least 24-48 hours’ notice so I can offer your space to someone else.

Yes. Gift vouchers are available from €50, either for a set amount or a specific treatment or course. Just get in touch and I’ll arrange one for you.
