My Story
A Different Way of Helping
My name is Barbara, and I’m the owner of BarbaraLumina Flow, a small holistic practice in Drogheda.
I come from a teaching background, with a Master’s in History and Pedagogy, and I’ve worked with children and adults in schools and residential settings. But deep down I always felt there was another way of helping and supporting people. My biggest wish was to offer a safe space and to guide people through personal change and transformation.
Two years before my holistic journey began, I had very vivid dreams that pointed me in this direction. I listened, and I’ve now been a holistic practitioner for six years. It all started with reflexology and holistic massage, which opened the door for me. Over time, the energy led me to Reiki, Rahanni Celestial Healing, and Access Bars.
6+ Years of Holistic Practice
Helping clients relax, release and reconnect since my very first reflexology session, with each year bringing deeper wisdom and care.
Healing Tailored to You
Every session is shaped around how you’re feeling on the day, whether in person in Drogheda or through distance healing.
My Journey
Finding the Light Again
Last year, a family trauma left me feeling completely blank. I couldn’t recover physically, I was unable to work, and I lost the space I’d been working in. It was a very dark and difficult time.
During that time, I met a teacher who guided me through the Pendulum course, Crystal Skulls and the Sacred Wheel, and who started me on my crystal journey. She introduced me to another lovely soul, and together, with all our forces joined, we managed to clear the heavy, foggy clouds that had settled all over me.
It was without doubt the most difficult experience of my life. I remember telling my mentors that I couldn’t handle what was happening, but that I wasn’t giving up, because I felt deep down that this was my calling: the place where I’m happiest and where my soul belongs. The journey brought everything, from physical exhaustion to house and land clearings, emotional release and ancestral healing.
But I pulled through. And in that moment, I realised I had to go through all of it to truly understand the people I’m meant to guide on their own journeys.
While journeying with the crystal skulls, BarbaraLumina Flow came into the light, and a beautiful new space appeared. After such deep work, I found my way back to the light, and that’s exactly how I plan to continue: offering a helping hand to other souls who are in need.
“In my darkest moments, I found my own luminance, and I’m here now to help you find yours. You don’t have to walk this path alone.”
